Angels and Monsters

Yeah, so myself and Mike have been developing two I-TV series. One is called Godsend, while the other is currently untitled. I like the title, Angels and Monsters, for it. Godsend- Angels, Demons, stuff along those lines. Angels and Monsters- Superheroes, villains, stuff like that. Comment with ideas and feedback. Also, check out my avatar! It’s fucking awesome right!

first of all your avi is awesome. second, it sounds alot like heroes. especially the title of one of the shows, nothing wrong with that since heroes is awesome.

Actually they got that title from an expert from the bible. It's so freakn cool too. Mike thought it would be cool to make our own version of superheros and villians, which I totally agree with. I think that we could all get in on it and it could be great. Did you see that episode? That puppet man looks badass, not to mention Maury's back which is awesome. Plus the black-hole guy was cool

It's an I-TV show, meaning a web-show. We would create like ten episodes or so and then put them online in parts. You know, like episodes. It could be awesome.

Yes, I really want it to differ from Heroes too. Like, no gene-powers. We'll have to think of something else.

if its not genetics it just leaves with the choices of god given, supernatural given, or even scientific alteration of DNA (not genetics but just the alteration of the DNA code depending on certain situations at the time) ex. someone submerged in water has a DNA change and now can control water and water properties around him/her.

Mike was thinking that a group of people are in a car crash or something and have all been given these abilities afterword. Like Fantastic Four. It could maybe work...

we gotta have it like God given powers...they are given the powers becasue god has a job for them but they turn around and use the powers agaisnt themselves and then God has to step in

that dosent make much sense but it matches what the title basically says as in a religion. if god gives power he would choose or create the most pure beings. he wouldnt mess up. i think a car crash wont be good, not enough explanation. maybe we can use alittle from heroes, when the adrenilin kicks up in the body the powers come out at max and after each time that happens the powers start to come out slowly. that means each time the adrenalin reaches the bodies max potential then the power is fully unleashed. ill give a better explanation later.

Godsend-

It would focus on Nathaniel, a teenager guy, who begins to have dreams of the apocalypse. Eventually he meets a nephilum who tells him that he is a prophet, sent to save the world from damnation. Ignorant and naive, he decides not to believe the angel and ignores his warnings. After a demon catches his trail and burns down his house (killing his family). Nathaniel Then goes looking for revenge and vows to kill the demon. He returns with the angel and they discover that the demons is Asmodeoes, a powerful demon that fought in the battle against god oh so long ago. Knowing the demon's plans, the two fight to save the world from demons and a new hell on earth. Meanwhile, Nathaniel has more dreams, ones concerning a traveler from heaven. After he is captured by demons who believe him to be their vessel, Nathaniel is tricked into believing that he can release the traveler. When in actuality, he opens a gate that release the demon Azazel, who has been pulling the string from the beginning.

That's just season one so far (consisting of three or four episodes)

There are only Four main characters. The rest are mainly extras.

Yeah, we have to have a budget though. And effects. It'll be fine, we'll manage just fine. I think that we should make both into I-TV series.

This could work out as a good show.
Ideas: Every generation a select few are born with a "spark" inside of their soul, that when near death, acsends(sp?) to achieve a certain gift. Like in Heroes, some use this for good, others for bad.
Just some ideas to float around. I think we should start having people post lists of powers they would like to have.
