During the spring. They usually show season premeires in the spring and season finales in the fall. Thats how its been for most of the time.

Hopefully it will be good....

Southpark is always good.

It's always during the spring... even the animated shows. Which, I don't really get, because animators don't need 3 months for Holiday Break.

Do all animation shows do that? I didn't notice.

Cause its not part of the big line up of shows like supernatural, smallville, heroes, the office, or south park.

Those aren't even the big shows either. They actually have really small fan-bases and don't get great ratings like....Grey's Anatomy, Desperte Housewives, American Idol, 24, Prision Break, etc. You know? they get like 7 million viewings every week while smallville gets only like 3 million

Theres that to consider as well. Heroes has a high number of ratings though, for the first season taht is.

Well there is a huge difference between Prime Time TV and Smallville.

Mainly, I was talking about shows that aren't animated.

Well that's simple. Animated shows only appeal to the lower demographics, and even then they are shown mainly on networks like CToonN, or Nick; who, to keep track of viewers is kind of useless, seeing as how they never really have finales of any kind.

Nick had two finales, one for avatar and one for danny phantom. As I also recall, Hey Arnold had a finale too. The avatar finale was awesome.

Those are the two of hundreds of exceptions. And Avatar wasn't really a Series finale... seeing as how there are bound to be even more shows based in the Avatar universe. And no, Hey Arnold did not have a series finale; bastards... there was a second movie planned in which they would find his parents and it wold all be over with, but it never got the green light; unfortunately.

I thought the episode with the journal was the shows final episode. I didn't know about the second movie though, damn.
