Recap Season 1: Volume 1: The volume begins as a seemingly ordinary group of people gradually become aware that they have special abilities. Events illustrate their reactions to these powers, and how the discovery affects their personal and professional lives. At the same time, several ordinary individuals are investigating the origins and extent of these abilities. Mohinder Suresh, a geneticist, continues his late father's research into the biological source of the change, while Noah Bennet represents a secret organization known only as the "Company". While coping with these new abilities, each of the characters is drawn, willingly or unwillingly, into the Company's conspiracy to control superpowered people and into a race to stop an explosion from destroying New York City



Recap Season 2: Volume 2: Volume two begins four months after the events of Kirby Plaza (Bomb). The main plot arc of "Generations" deals with the Company and its research on the Shanti virus. This research is explored through the Company's founders, whose identities are revealed, as well as through the effects of various strains of the virus. The "heroes" ultimately come together in an attempt to stop the release of a deadly strain of the virus and avert a global pandemic.


2-11: Powerless
Deep below Primatech Paper in Odessa, TX, Peter’s reunion with Nathan turns violent when the brothers, Matt and Hiro all clash thanks to Adam and his pursuit of the deadly Shanti Virus. After watching his heroic cousin captured by a street gang, Micah turns to the one person who can help him save Monica and his mom. Meanwhile, Maya tragically learns how much of a monster Sylar really is during his kidnapping of Molly and Suresh. Meanwhile, Elle decides to play hero to get back into her father’s good graces.



Episodes of Season 3: Volume 3 Villians


3-1: The Second Coming
The first chapter of Volume 3: Villains kicks off moments after shots rang out, as the shocking identity of Nathan’s assassin and the reasons why the Texas press conference had to be cut short are revealed–immediately throwing Peter and Matt into unexpected, uncharted territory. With his powers partially restored, Sylar decides a visit to Claire could give him a boost. Meanwhile, in Tokyo, Hiro and Ando are charged with safeguarding a family secret that could split the planet apart and discover that the path to a grim future starts with shady speedster, Daphne.
In New York City, thanks to Maya, Suresh makes a startling breakthrough that could change the world–or just destroy his.


3-2: The Butterfly Effect
Angela Petrelli confronts her much-changed son, Peter, as the bursts of violence around them only hint to the catastrophes to come.
Then, Sylar declares war on the Company by attacking their main facility and finds even more than he bargained for on Level 5. During a devastating battle with Elle, a dozen savage criminals–all with terrible abilities–escape. Meanwhile, Claire discovers something new and unexpected about her abilities. Determined to reclaim his family’s terrible secret, Hiro and Ando track Daphne to Paris. After a fateful night, Suresh is thrilled to find his research, his life and his relationship with Maya evolving in leaps and bounds.
Stuck in unfamiliar territory, Matt finds a guide to help him.


3-3: One of Us, One of Them
When four ruthless, powerful Villains — “Knox”, Flint, The German and Jesse — bust into a bank and take hostages, Angela sends H.R.G. and his shocking, new empowered partner in after them. Determined to derail a cataclysmic future, Peter must first find what he lost along the way. Meanwhile, Hiro and Ando track Daphne and part of “the formula” to Germany, but run afoul of The Haitian. Horrified by her ability, Tracy Strauss leaves Washington, D.C. to search for answers about Niki. A distraught Claire asks Meredith to teach her how to fight. As his romance with Maya intensifies, Suresh finds himself unprepared when his experiment yields some unexpected results.


3-4: I Am Become Death
Seeing a future where nearly everyone has abilities, a world destined for destruction, Peter resolves to prevent this earth-shattering end — whatever the cost — and so takes on a dark, unwieldy ability to save the world — gambling (wrong) that it won’t destroy him and everything he loves first. After allowing Angela’s half of “the formula” to be stolen, Hiro and Ando are set out to uncover the identity of the Villain who hired Daphne — and must consult with the person who knows these rogues best…Adam Monroe. After the bloodbath at the bank, H.R.G. resolves to get rid of his new partner. Meanwhile, determined to be a hero, Claire hits the road after one of the Villains from H.R.G.’s old files. Suresh gives in to impulse. Linderman and Molly return in unexpected manners.


3-5: Angels and Monsters
Armed with H.R.G.’s old files and a taser, Claire attempts to take down her first target — Stephen Canfield, a Level 5 escapee with the ability to create black holes — unaware that others are closing in. Meanwhile, in horror, Peter flees from all the death and destruction in the future, only to grimly discover how deeply the experience has changed him. Frustrated that Adam Monroe didn’t get them closer to “the formula,” Hiro takes a stab at becoming friends with Daphne and new associate Knox, much to Ando’s dismay. Later, Suresh’s urge to correct research errors puts Maya, among others, in a sticky situation. Linderman advises Nathan to stick by Tracy, seeing that they could accomplish great things together. In Africa, Matt sees his vision of “happily ever after” destroyed.


3-6: Dying of the Light
Impressed by his sudden ruthlessness, Villains Knox and Daphne bring Hiro -- among others -- into the Pinehearst fold, and give him an assignment. With Angela and the Company paralyzed by recent events, Peter goes directly to Pinehearst for answers, and irrevocably changed by the shocking meeting. Meanwhile, Claire and her mother Sandra attempt to free Meredith from the thrall of escaped Villain Doyle, who has the ability to take mental and physical control of others. Later, Nathan brings Tracy to Suresh, hoping he can shed light on the surprising origin of their abilities.


3-7: Eris Quod Sum (Latin for: You Will Be That Which I Am)
Caught in a horrible experiment, Nathan and Tracy fight for their lives against a much-changed, monstrous Suresh who's holding them and Maya as "test subjects." Elle returns, with a shock for Claire and her family. Meanwhile Angela , aware of Peter's ruthless takedown by her rivals at Pinehearst, reaches out to convince Sylar to save his brother. Since she is unable to convince Matt him to join the Villains, Daphne is ordered by her boss to go back and kill him - or be killed herself. While in awe of the African precog's power, Hiro still questions Usutu's advice on how to best face his gathering opponents.


3-8: Villians-
To prepare for the confrontation ahead, Hiro follows respected businessman, husband and father Arthur Petrelli in the days before he “died” -- to discover what drove him to create rival company Pinehearst and strike at Angela. Later, a moment unfolds where Sylar, horrified and guilt-ridden, might have stopped his murderous pursuit of abilities -- that is, if H.R.G. and Elle had swayed from their monstrous assignment. Finally, under the wing of Company man Thompson, agent-in-training Meredith watches her new life go up in smoke, following the arrival of her hot-headed brother.


3-9: It's Coming...-
After a preemptive strike against Hiro and Ando in Africa, Arthur Petrelli orders Knox and Flint to hunt down his son Peter and granddaughter Claire. Nathan is stunned to learn his father is alive -- and leading a villainous charge to worldwide destruction. Meanwhile, back at Pinehearst, Sylar has a charged confrontation with Elle. Suresh begins testing his new, combined superpower formula. Later, with the others dead, injured or on the run, Matt attempts to wake Angela.


3-10: The Eclipse, Part 1-
After reuniting Sylar and Elle, Arthur orders them to find Claire and bring her to him. Matt, Hiro and Ando team up together and follow Daphne to her hometown of Athens, Georgia to discover what she’s been hiding. Meanwhile, Nathan and Peter Petrelli travel together to Haiti in search of the the only man that can stop their father from destroying the world, the Haitian.


3-11: The Eclipse, Part 2-
The eclipse continues to impact the Heroes' abilities as Elle and Sylar face off against a vengeful H.R.G. while Claire struggles to survive. In Haiti, Peter and Nathan join forces with the Haitian to battle the Haitian's brother, Baron Samedi, and Nathan comes to a shocking decision. In the meantime, Ando, Sam and Frack work hard to get Hiro's memory back with the help of the "9th Wonders" comic books at a local comic bookstore.


3-12: Our Father-
Hoping to find a way to stop Arthur, Hiro and Claire band together and travel back in time 16 years to when Kaito gave baby Claire to H.R.G. Meanwhile, Peter and the Haitian team up to finish off Arthur Petrelli for good but are interrupted by Sylar. Elsewhere, in the lab, Suresh has a major breakthrough with the formula that will likely change everything.


3-13: Dual- (fka "Duality", "War")
In the aftermath of the showdown against Arthur Petrelli, the Petrelli brothers find themselves battling against one another and Nathan makes a move that will have global repercussions. Meanwhile, Sylar holds Claire, H.R.G., Meredith and Angela hostage at Primatech and a face-off ensues. Elsewhere, Ando, Matt and Daphne continue their attempts rescue Hiro -- and Dr. Suresh may be their only hope.



Episodes of Season 3: Volume 4 Fugitives


3-14: A Clear and Present Danger- Months after explosions brought down Pinehurst and Primatech, our Heroes try to put the past behind them and begin new lives. Now powerless, Hiro tries to train a reluctant Ando to be a true superhero. Suresh returns to life as a taxi driver, Peter is back to saving lives, and Daphne and Matt try to live as a normal couple. Claire’s attempt to live a regular life is cut short when she uncovers a deadly plot orchestrated by Nathan to track down and capture those with abilities. Meanwhile, Sylar begins the search for his real parents.


3-15: Trust and Blood- Following a chain of unexpected events, our Heroes are on the run from their latest adversary and one of their own, Nathan Petrelli. After Matt paints a series of prophetic images, the tragic fate of someone close to him is revealed. Elsewhere, Sylar continues his search for his father and encounters a young outcast with information and an ability of his own.


3-16: Building 26- Nathan's plans face exposure as Homeland Security begins an investigation under direct orders from the President of the United States. Sylar and Luke embark on a road trip to find Sylar's father, but are secretly being hunted by Nathan's agents. Life gets complicated for the Bennet family as Claire goes into action to protect a young man with abilities from being captured by HRG. Elsewhere, Matt's prophetic images lead Hiro and Ando to India and a mysterious ally comes to the aid of our Heroes.


3-17: Cold Wars- While being held hostage, HRG is subjected to Matt Parkman’s unique brand of interrogation, revealing how he became involved with Nathan’s government plot to capture those with abilities. Meanwhile, Matt’s discoveries bring Peter face-to-face with “The Hunter”.

3-18: Exposed- After receiving a tip from "Rebel," Matt and Peter race to "Building 26" to rescue Daphne and recover files that will expose the government's plans for those with abilities. Claire finds help from an unlikely source in smuggling Alex out of the city. As Sylar and Luke continue their road trip, Sylar begins to have memories of his father that lead him to the truth about his mother. Meanwhile, "The Hunter" puts his own agenda into action with an explosive surprise for one of our heroes.


3-19: Shades of Gray- When Sylar comes face-to-face with his long lost father, the reunion proves to be what he least expected. Elsewhere, after receiving a tip from "Rebel," Claire must decide if she will help her sworn enemy, Eric Doyle, evade capture. Meanwhile, as "The Hunter" plans to uncover the Petrelli family's secrets and take control of Nathan's operation, Matt finds himself in the spotlight and on the verge of leveling Capitol Hill.


3-20: Cold Snap- HRG convinces Emile Danko, a.k.a. “The Hunter”, to release Tracy from “Building 26,” in hopes that she will lead them to “Rebel.” As Angela evades capture, she turns to an old friend for help. In Los Angeles, Hiro and Ando continue on their latest mission from “Rebel” to protect the newest hero.


3-21: Into Asylum- Now that Nathan's ability has been revealed and he has lost control of his operation, he and Claire go into hiding in Mexico. With Emile Danko now in control of the government operation, his plan to destroy everyone with abilities is set into motion as he teams up with an unlikely partner. Meanwhile, Angela and Peter seek refuge in a church and begin to mend their broken relationship.


3-22: Turn and Face the Strange- As Danko spearheads the government operation, someone close to him is put in the line of fire. HRG's life continues to spiral out of control and his marriage is dangerously close to the breaking point. Meanwhile, Hiro and Ando continue their road trip with a special delivery for Matt Parkman. Elsewhere, Angela Petrelli unearths the demons of her past.


3-23: 1961- As Nathan, Claire, Peter, and H.R.G. help Angela uncover her past, she reveals the dark secrets that have haunted her for years. Meanwhile, Mohinder learns of his father’s involvement in a long forgotten government operation.


3-24: I Am Sylar- Sylar continues his unusual partnership and begins to have an unexpected identity crisis. Hiro and Ando take measures toward bringing down Building 26. Meanwhile, Matt’s new found fatherhood changes his priorities. Elsewhere, Nathan sets a plan in motion to right the wrongs of his government operation.


3-25: An Invisible Thread- Nathan faces off against Sylar to keep him from meeting the President. Sylar has his own plans for his new partner. Meanwhile, Hiro learns that there are repercussions to regaining his ability. Elsewhere, Matt is forced to go to extraordinary lengths to protect his future with his family.

I know, Maury was good and Adam is an awesome villian. Mohinder, i didnt have a good pic since it was a recording so ill watch it on G4 tonight. I did see what he was doing though and that was insane! I love the black-hole guy's power.I want to know Arthur's power so bad!!! There are so many surprizes. I want Elle to come back as a main character. My mouth dropped and i re-watched that scene three times before going on. I kniow its like this "Dad, just tell me the truth, thats all I ever wanted." Noah, "Oh Clairebear, just go home and you will be safe." I like how sylar talked to claire and told her the truth on how he saw their relationship. I know, Peter will come back eventually though to the good side. I wonder, didn't angelia tell tracy that she had another sister. Berta or something like that, wonder what her power is? this is going to be an awesome season. i thought that was the puppet masters. Wait till Matt learns he can make people see things, like how Maury made Daphane and Nathan see Linderman.

The Puppet man looks awesome. It's sweet that Maury and Adam are back. So many cool villains...it's driving me insane. I mean did you see Mohinder? And that black-hole guy? Pulse Arthur Petrelli is coming back. And when Hiro killed Ando...I was like...no way! But I'm sure he'll go back in time or something to fix it. It's like every season that Claire hates Noah; you'd think that she would get over her lame crap. Plus the new Sylar is cool. Dude! Sylar and Peter are switching places! I can't tell whose good anymore...I really can't. I think Arthur's power is the ability to control a person’s body.


I'm sad that Linderman isn't real though...becuase he was awesome. "This is god's plan". Awesome. Plus, wasn't weird that Nathan narrarted instead of Mohinder? That was weird. Well, it's probabaly becuase Mohinder is too busy like eating people. Poor Bug-hinder.

i see, actually i watched you put it up since were in the library. well yeah, he can make people do what he wants them to do by force of will. Adam needs to have a permanet cast, like how sylar got one. Ive watched most of the echoes webisodes and they are good. strangler should be in the show with pinehearts company.
